We have just updated the news page of this site noting the nominations for EYEBORGS in the AOF FILM FESTIVAL 2009 in Pasadena, which runs from July 24th to July 31st.

Nominations are:

Best Visual Effects and Best Editing,
Best Director (Richard Clabaugh) and
BEST PICTURE plus....

WAB BEST PERFORMANCE IN AN ACTING ROLE - MALE - ADRIAN PAUL

Having seen Eyeborgs at the HLWW9 Con, I can understand why it was nominated for these awards. A great movie and a great performance by Adrian. Good luck to everyone involved.

The AOF Awards are tonight. :) Lets hope for a great outcome for all 4 awards Eyeborgs is up for, and most of all Adrian's.

Just to let you know Eyeborgs was successful in one of the nominations.

Pixellex, who brought to life over 300 visual effects shots and killer robots for Eyeborgs and supervised over 600, won the 'Best Visual Effects Feature' award.

Congratulations to Eyeborgs! I'm sorry to hear Adrian didn't win the best actor award but congratulations to him for being nominated. Having that kind of recognition must be very gratifying.
