There is great new photo on the Fanzone. http://www.adrianpaul.net/fanzone.html

Adrian has been working hard on the new movie and has sent a picture as a little teaser of what is to come and give us an idea of what to expect of his new character's appearance for part of the movie at least. As Adrian has mentioned this shot is from the end of the movie ;)

And now we eagerly await for more pictures to come across our webmasters desk.

Thanks, Victoria. This was a nice surprise when I clicked on the fanzone. So, Adrian's filming in N.C? It's a pity I'm working two jobs right now ( Vancouver, here I come :) ) and don't have a moment to spare as I would dearly love to visit the set. But a two and a half hour drive is a little daunting as tired as I am lately.

This looks like an interesting movie, and I love Adrian's look. But I have to say I am more partial to his hair loose over the forehead than pushed back or in a more formal style. But that's just me. ;)

Well Pepe do a google search and it asks "Don't you mean Eyebrows!"

Perhaps Roger Moore is in it!

HMMM--Roger Moore--James Bond.....

The last Bond Movie I saw was on TV recently--actually watched it Saturday afternoon on BBC America and it was called--"The Brit Movie"....

Well, I seem to recall that this crazy got access to A russian Satellitte station and he tested a weapon that sent electronic pulses through the air that immobilized anything electronical.....

Now I would guess the little critters in this movie--the Eyeborgs--must be electronical--and perhaps he has that very big gun because it houses the mechnics to generate a pulse that knocks the little guys on here bums.

As to that very nasty scratch on his face--those little creatures are sneaky and have sharp talons! Beware!

I think Adrian is looking especially spiffy--even after being talon-clawed by the head--I'm so bad --eyeborg of the bunch!

G'day!

Looks like AP might have his work cut out if he is to survive this film possums!

First there are those nasty little things called "Eyeborgs"

http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b278/velvetgloves/lb_rotate_120.gif

Now I've discovered that the all time nasty guy who tried to make mincemeat out of Tony Banderas in Desporado and has appeared in so many films I can't list them all, happens to be in the film.

Danny (halloween)Trejo! A bonzer guy if ever I saw one!

He don't say very much because he's face does the talking.

Now whose side is he on? I've no idea but it appears he's in there including tatoos and maybe a couple of dozen knives and axes!

In addition there is to be some brain drilling, and body burning and exploding cars. Usual run of the mill stuff then for North Carolina

Melony Frontage.

"Our hope is to have the project in theaters during the final debates of the US Presidential Election." Direct quote from someone LOL you'll have to wait for this one as well! Geeee lifes to bloody short!

Did someone say ANTONIO?????????

Sigh......
Nevermind--wrong board......

I truely shiver upon looking at ole Danny boy--always--and I mean always plays the bad guy....and you are right, a person just has to see the face to know whose winning the fight.....

Junkyard dog comes to mind.,..but then that isn't fair to the dawg as Danny boy tends to be even more Vicious!

Hokum Magazine on the Set Of Eyeborgs.

I?m not sure whether anyone read about this before me but there was a request for ?extras? on the set of Eyeborgs back in June. I thought I?d give it whirl. The request was for serious people to come and have some fun on a movie set. I almost had second thoughts but the word fun fun fun kept coming back at me. Ok so what was the job?

It was a little like The Heavy film set in some ways as we all had to meet at The Sales Center at the corner of 4th Street and Broad Street all dressed in CLUBBING GEAR. I rented a Fred Flintstone suit. Now we had been warned before hand not to approach the actors in any way. I?m afraid I had my camera removed from my person. So I?ve no photo?s of the day. We were also told that in any way would we get paid for the privilege. ?Sighs? another low budget then.

The Slate was listed as ?Attempted Assassination Scene at a Club". June 27th 8pm until midnight but we were expected to work until 6am the next morning. I?d taken a pack of sandwiches and a quart of Jack Daniels. Well when I go clubbing I don?t usually remember much the next day so this time I thought I?d take it easy.

I arrived early to the meet point. I accepted the ?yaba daba doooo? calls and ?Wilmaaaaaaa!? and then the others started to arrive! Well there were all sorts! Ravers, Goths, but all very colourful. Even the Goths had bright clothes and not total black out. I got strange looks and for the first time began to believe that Fred Flintstone was a little to close to the mark for the locals, if you know what I mean.
Anyway, we were all rounded up and pushed unceremoniously into the back of a large van. I felt exactly the same as I?d done all those years ago when Rave was the Rave back in the UK. When a large gathering of factions met in a field and dance the night away, ahhhh, but I digress.

I?d forgotten one thing. Makeup! Most of our group were plastered in it. Me? I?d just not shaved for three days.

Well heaven forbid that I divulge the plot. But there was AP dressed in something I can only describe as Hans Solo look-alike. In fact when I think about it the whole thing could have been Star War ish. I have to admit there were one or two Jaba look-alikes. No names!

Like all filming there were times when we weren?t needed and had to sit out and watch the filming keeping quiet of course. The actors and directors were polite, although we were warned beforehand to not try to strike up a conversation with any. And at no time ask for autographs or tell anyone that we were stage struck. I kept a low profile as I might get recognised as a film critic having met some of the cast before.

Well the club scene was like the set of a Chemical Brothers act. Flashing lights and the like, acid green lazars, boom boom boom, etc. And the music ranged from trance through to heavy metal. I?d have still been there all night if I?d have kept my mouth shut.

I had to do it!

I stood up in the middle of a shot and shouted, ?Ere have you got anything by Queen!? That was it! My cover was blown and so was I, right off the set. Just as I was enjoying myself. Still never mind there?s always the next film!

I was marched off back to the van. I was handed a piece of paper with words on. ?Bugger off Mountebank! You?re a pain in the proverbial!? I asked to borrow a pen and wrote back. ?See you on the golf course mate!?

For obvious reasons I am unable to divulge anything much of what I saw. Like the proverbial secretary who licks the envelopes! ?My lips are sealed!?

I.M.A Mountebank.
