Hi guys its been a bit of a year for me. My mum passed away in January. I had Heart surgery which resulted in a stroke in February and spent six weeks in Hospital. I'm doing fine now back at work I use a walking stick when walking about a lot and left arm still a little weak but other than that almost back to normal. Still going Scotland on Saturday which I cant wait for. Going Dornoch in the Highlands.
