I loved the steam engine at the back. Mind he'd have spoilt his suit if he'd sat on the hot piston box not to mention anything else.

I forgot about the steam engine...
One wonders just how he held on.......
Vernon Gaunt

The steam generated in the boiler flows down into a cylinder just ahead of the wheels, pushing a tight-fitting plungerand the piston back and forth. A little mechanical gate in the cylinder, known as a valve lets the steam in. The piston is connected to one or more of the locomotive's wheels through a kind of arm-elbow-shoulder joint called a crankshaft and connecting rod. To prevent the steam escaping the piston rod is sealed by a stuffing box.
It must be Sunday!

Oh damn I thought there must be more locomotive stuff.
You know those square toed shoes Pepe, they do turn up at the end and you look like someone out of Aladdin. Those toes wouldn't reach the tip. Unless he has square toes!

Well maybe they are Spanish...their leather in that country is beauiful, soft and subtle....
When I went there a few years back I fell in love with the leather--and the skill of the artists who designed the pieces I purchase.

*Laughing at the conversation that has absolutely nothing to do with the latest picture*
So, let me see if I got the scope of the past two and a half pages. One person makes ONE tiny comment about not seeing feet (?) and that's all it takes to launch into talk of trains, square tipped shoes and Italian socks?
I'm not sure if I want to order what you'all are having, but, it sure seems to me like you guys are having fun.
I'm going to throw you all off now. ;)
The picture is lovely, Sue. Thanks for putting it up for us all to gaze at.

Tell me about it Heather, a girl makes a simple remark about liking to see Adrian's shoes and all hell breaks loose.LOL
So I like shoes!!! And Adrian wears nice shoes!!

Can't see the harm in that.;)
Must be because Spring is in the air.... some folks do get twitter-pated don't they?:D
I notice in the Nine Miles Down pics that the lovely beard was gone:( Hope Adrian grows it back for the Jumpcons.

That's a lovely photo. I would love to see one of Adrian without the beard, and with softly, tousled hair, though. I'm one of the ones who like the clean shaven look or a hint of a shadow on our guy. ;)
