I was thinking last night and it occured to me that Adrian would be great contestant to go on Dancing with the Stars. He already knows how to dance and I for one would love to see him shake his booty. :D Maybe if enough of us urged him to do it, maybe he would. What do you think?

I agree. I've been thinking the same thing - he'd be a natural. Plus, it would be great to see him on prime time!

I don't know but maybe we should get a petition together to send to Adrian stating how all his fans would love to see him on Dancing with the stars! Hey I'll sign it.

I don't believe Adrian would be eligible since he was a professional dancer. Contestants can't have danced professionally.

I know this won't be popular, but it's my personal opinion so here goes! I think Adrian knows what he's doing and where he wants his career to go. :) I doubt a petition would encourage him to do something he didn't want to do, whether it be that show or any other show.

That show seems to be a vehicle for actors and people who's careers are going nowhere. Adrian is a working actor so why would he do that show?? He has said that he doesn't like reality shows. I don't see it happening, and I sincerely hope he wouldn't lower himself to do it.

Ah Tessa Spoiling the fun, but to your credit you are probably right. Ok so some of the Celebraties may have had falling careers, but I don't think being on the show has helped them either way. Adrian has danced professional for years and I think he was more of a choreographer too.

I for one really don't like reality shows either, but I have a couple of Exceptions. Survivor, & this season of the Bachelotte. I hate all the others with a passion, especially American Idol. I call it the 3-H's! What is the 3-H's you ask? Hollywood, Hype, Humiliation.

I think I said something like this somewhere....that show is for washed up actors...who need a P.R. boost...I don't want to aggrivate anyone...but Marie Osmond.... she came out of no where for the show...my aunt was glued to the tv...drove me nuts....then I guess she collapssed..it was on every major news channel...PLEASE...as far as Adrian not being qualified because he's proffesional...Idol PROVED to everyone that its not for AMATEURS... heak...Christie lee Cook, right here in my backyard has had more then one record deal...IDOL is fake. I think Adrian can do without d/w/the /stars...he's abit above that...though I have to admit..I'd watch anything he's in.

I think you're right and I remember seeing a video on the tvguide website-I remember it. Also heard it on news on ET TONIGHT.

OK Here's my take on this...
I for one would love to see Adrian dance anytime, anywhere!! But one of the rules that Dancing With the Stars has is that you can not be a professional dancer and Adrian does rank as a professional dancer. Also a person can request to be chosen but that doesn't mean they get chosen. Adrian has stated in the past that he doesn't like "Reality" shows. So even if he were eligible...I doubt he would do it.
I don't like "Reality" shows in general. But I do watch "Dancing With The Stars" just because I love watching that type of dancing and so does my granddaughter and we have fun watching it together. It's really fun watching a sixteen month old trying to do those dances!!:D
I also watch American Idol but just because I love music. The ridiculous drama of it is something I choose to ignore. (Christie Lee Cook??? well I'm still trying to figure out how she got chosen in the first place ...cause IMHO I didn't see any exceptional talent there. I've seen far better in middle school plays.)

Even if he never appeared on that show I wouldn't care. I just like watching him shake his booty. That man has a great body and I like looking at it. :D

I agree American Idol is a sham of a competition. Even if some of them can actully sing well. I have actually been in real singing competitions back when I was in High School and they are not like American Idol. I have sung at Disney World several times in Florida for their Christmas Concert The Candlelight Processional and other events, Toured Boston and D.C., and all over florida with my choirs and Solo. We were supposed to sing at carnegie hall one year but my then director was arrested for sleeping with Student 16 years prior. Screwed up that trip. My mother continuously begges me to try out for AI but I refuse! Sorry Not trying to toot my own horn.

While I would love any opportunity to see Adrian work, I do not know if "Dancing" would be a venue he would consider.
One, he seems to be VERY busy and might not have the time for practice and show.
Two, there is the "professional dancer" issue, although I do seem to remember Mario Lopez dancing on his series and Mario II dancing on his videos. Im sure they were paid for it and that would seem to qualify them as a "professionals".
Third, if he were to do the show and his enormous fan base called in assuring his win, the media would claim that as the reason he won and not his dancing talent:mad:
Although, I must admit, watching him tango with a dance professional, knowing his acting chops and the emotion he would bring to the dance-Wwwheew-makes my heart skip a beat or two:eek:

Everyone has brought up interesting points. Maybe Adrian wouldn't qualify, he may not be interested, either. But you've got to admit - it would be fun to watch! Wishful thinking, I guess!

:D I can totally agree with that. Watching AP is always entertaining especially seeing him dance.
I can't dance a step and never could but I sure do enjoy watching people who can.;)

All negative thoughts aside -- I just want to see him dance! And I would work very hard at convincing everyone else I know to watch -- hopefully raising the ratings - making MONEY which is the bottom line in the business. But again, I will just be selfish and say -- I want to see him DANCE!
