I just wanted to remind people that we have started a group on yahoo groups
called JumpCon Justice. We have been digging up loads of information on Shane
Senter as well as trying to find every available avenue open to those
affected to try and recoup their funds. We have files and links for said
information
as well as instructions on how to file with the different agencies that
people need to contact. And we are still working on other avenues of recourse.

Although we know Shane is looking at other blogs and journals, please feel
free to post this on other sites such as PWFC, Mooseville, HLBB, etc.

Mooseville has and will continue to gladly refer our members to the Jumpcon Justice website so that they may discuss the matter with others in hopes that they will find a solution to the problem that best suits their needs.
We sincerely hope that the matter gets resolved for everyone affected by it.

I dont know if this suggestion helps but it did for me. If you reserved con or flight tickets on a credit card, either call the customer service number or go on the credit card website and challenge the charge to your account. You will have to provide all essential info, ie, date charged, amount, and an explanation as to why charges should be refunded. Also, the card co will want to know how you found out the con was canceled and a contact point for Jumpcon.com.
I when this route and my card co called me within 3 days and sent an email conformation that the charges and interest charged on that amount had been refunded!
