Nice picture Perry! I'll try to take some pics of where I live during the summer and upload them here. Should be fun to get pics from all over the world. Great idea!!

What a wonderful idea! Perry, your place looks great

Nice greetings also from beautyful Germany, North Rhine Westfalia.

I live in a country named "Bergisches Land" it?s a very green (and rainy) place in the edge of an industrial area named "Ruhrgebiet".
At some places it looks like Canada in miniature
The first pic is the "M?ngstener Br?cke" one of Germany?s highest rail bridges
107 meters build in 1896.

the second is a typically building here.

Ute

Oh my Goodness, I ?ve no idea why no thumbnails are there

I will have a go at showing my towns main asset. The lake which I only live 2 blocks from and a big tourist attraction. It is 6 1/2 miles long and 2 1/2 miles wide.

Has it worked, What a couple of donkey's awaiting approval LOL
You have to keep your eyes open down here there are some shady characters in The New Forest!!!

Give them an inch and they'll try to pinch your carrots.

VG,
Nice pics. I can see by the end of summer traveling this road could get tricky.

Unfortunately road kills in The Forest include donkeys and ponies. Yeah I know not bears puma's and skunks but this Forest although classified as "New" was first set up by some king or other around 1070ish so it's not that new. Royal hunting ground and all that.

Oh and there is a large witch population in the forest. I found a witch's ring and had an entertaining day showing one member the place last year. I hope she's recovered.
