You can now follow Adrian's adventures on Twitter, another great way to stay in touch with what's happening.

If you don't have a Twitter account:

1. Go to http://www.twitter.com and click on the green SIGN UP NOW for an account.

Once you have an account:

2. Type the words

adrianpaul1

(without spaces) to the url so you will have: http://www.twitter.com/adrianpaul1

3. Click on the FOLLOW button under the name adrianpaul1 at the top of the page.

Now you will be able to keep up with all tweets, you can even have sms messages sent when a new one is posted.

Im new to the 'twitter' bit but Im following him on my feed but just set it up for my phone, I 'think'. How do we know if its set to send them to my phone? AHHHH

I hit 40 and my brain went to mush... Didn't help that within 4 days of my hitting the ffffoouuurrr oooooo ( Its really the 1st anniversary of my 39th birthday this year ), I had not one but SEVEN people ask me if I was my friends MOTHER... where is that hair dye...

With a commentary on silicone and tans, it sounds like that child is getting a necessary education. That's what it will take if she's going to grow up to be a grounded person who can see through image, and not someone with shallow, appearance-based values. Will A&A be able to insist on small family birthday parties when faced with other children's all-out circuses? It won't be easy!

Adrian is in London getting ready for the Premiere of "The HEAVY" tomorrow night. He will be tweeting during the night so make sure you are following him and another great idea is to set up your twitter to get them sent to your phone whenever Adrian tweets. You will never miss a tweet with the sms system twitter has :)

The pictures are beautiful and it was wonderful that Adrian and Alexandra shared them with us on Adrian's birthday. Angelisa is clearly the apple of her parent's eyes! Speaking of eyes, wow, her's are so BLUE. Someone commented there under the picture that babies have blue eyes until they are two years old and that is not true! Almost all babies are born with blue or a sort of slate coloured eyes at birth and if they change they will usually change within the first year. So Angelisa could end up with hazel eyes like her mom and dad both have, or even green eyes which is sort of a combination of hazel and blue. If there are blue eyes in the family, and apparently there are, she could have inherited that recessive gene and they may not change. Whatever colour they will be they are gorgeous and she is an absolutely beautiful baby girl!
