Hey Stephy,
where do you find this fantastic video???
Hi Beatrice!!! This version of the video is my creation. A member of SAPF board posted 2 links to the vid clips but they are only 20 and 30 seconds long. I decided it would be fun to play around with them to make the clips seem longer and add the music. It was fun to do and I'm happy you enjoyed it!!

Love the dance video, Stephy. Those clips were originally very short. You strung them together in a most entertaining way. Of course, watching Adrian reading a phone book would entertain me for days, so the dancing just puts me in heaven  :o, cuz I'm with Scooby on that.
Has anyone ever figured out what he was saying in the modeling part? I don't remember too much talk about these when they originally came out.

I hadn't seen that before either. Funny how things pop up after so long isn't it? I notice it was added to YouTube in April 2007. Must be loads of old interviews, news clips, chat show appearances ect out there, that folks have tucked away on old VCR recordings.
Hopefully now so many people have the technology to put video on the internet more will pop up.

I fell in love with the word the moment Duncan said it in 'Not to Be'. As well as the YT vid and the wallpaper it even inspired me to have my one and only attempt ever at writing a story. There really is a legend called Innamorata about the island of Elba in Italy. Just couldn't help that the hero looks exactly like a certain Mr AP.:D

There is one danger with starting to do video editing!! Its totally addictive. Since I began last October I find myself listening to songs in a series of Highlander clips. Heard this one in the car the other day and couldn't wait to get home and download it. Thank heavens for Itunes, but I doubt my bank manager would agree.

Yes, Video editting can be addictive and its also fun too.
You should try editting a fan film with spoken lines and not just music too. ;)
Making it all sound like an actual conversation taking place can be rough after taking the film footage. Plus watching movements and everything. That will drive you nuts though. :D
What program do you use?

Oh tell me about it. You should try editing a weeks worth of footage of 50 children on an adventure holiday, down to a 30 min vid, while at the same time making sure every parent gets to see their little darling doing something spectacular. Very tempting to keep in the bits where they are naughty so mummy sees what they are really like when she is not around.
I use Adobe Premiere both at school and at home.
Matthew MacLeod
05-16-2007, 02:28 AM
Adobe premiere is what i use all the time. Its nice and pretty simple to use.
I can imagine that was a mess to edit. Weeks worth of footage of kids. I recently had a local band ask me to film their Live concert. They wanted the footage editted into a promo video for them. Two nights worth of footage from about 3 different cameras. But the one thing they didn't do was play the same tempo on both nights. So it was a mess to edit. I can only imagine with all the kids.

Awww VG!!! am not one to split a happily married couple...but thank you also :D hmm riders on the storm eh....I finished my latest one today, not doors, but Frank Sinatra...(I needed something light! the link's below!...But riders on the storm is kind of in theme film wise with my "just started tonight" project"...I'll save the details for later when I've finished it...but Riders On the Storm submits to memory possible footage from the "unofficial" source movie from the forrest scene on horse back and also bits from the Comes a horseman and Revelations......Just a thought :D
I also have to say I love the bagpipes but can't stand the chanter on bit. Sorry about that. Just see someone squeezing the air out of a cat every time I hear it.
Bagpipes? LOL Love the bagpipes too but being in Scotland and having a war memorial outside our window it can get a bit much on a Sunday morning.... Peeps in our village stick to the old traditions and pay respect (which I am all for) to war veterans....However it is literally every Sunday at around 8am ....It does get a bit annoying (especially if ye've had a "few" the night before, or if like me you have insomniacs for kids!!)...I've suggested they "sing" as it would be easier on the ear, but tiny village and stead fast traditions prevail, and so do the "pipes at dawn"!
And by the way, I used to play the Chanter in high school and trust me, getting a similar sound from a cat with trapped wind is much easier and surprisingly less grating on the ear cavites!!!! LOL (Don't try that at home kids!)

Yes I know this is an Adrian Paul message board but just in case any one is interested I don't only cut Highlander sequences. Last year I bought a copy of 9 1/2 weeks and put a little music to it. After 50,000 hits on youtube it got pulled for being to naughty, so I put a couple of words on the front of the video to warn people ofwhat they might be getting. To date this cap has topped 70,000 hits and I'm so pleased with it. Incase you're wondering what the fuss is about, well watch it for your self and you judge whether you think it's inappropriate. LOL.

Oh dear rottie there are a few bits that I don't remember I better watch the hole show yet again. what a shame. the things I do. :D:p:rolleyes: LOL
VG I thought your vid of nine and a half weeks was beautifully done. My Daughter thought you vid of "The Source" was really funny but it wasn't exactly my cup of tea. You are very talented.
I loved that video clip! The editor and I share a similar warped sense of humor, I suspect ;)

Highlander - The Source video clip to Linkin Park is MOST EXCELLENT. I didn't even know of this website until I've been poking around in this forum section. Lots of new things to learn about and check out on Mr. Adrian.
The darkness video was excellent, too, as well as the one of the Dark Quickening.
Very Cool website.
Thanks for all the info.

Songs do have a habit of getting in your head and staying there. I heard one the other day and couldn't help thinking about Samurai.
It turned into this..
