Photo signature...HELP!

Hello,
I tried to create a signature based on an Adrian photo and I did everything according to the signature preferences message:

"The maximum size of your custom image is 200 by 200 pixels or 2.0 KB (whichever is smaller)."

I can't get it to work. Could you please help me out? Maybe give me a correct sample to work on it my own?

Well, what's the trouble? It tells you it's too big? Allthough if I think about it 2kb maximum is a little small so maybe it's not your fault.

I tried to reduce both the size and the quality and still can't get it to work...:(

If you like send the pic you are trying to put up as your signature across to me at bbcontact@adrianpaul.net and l will have a go at putting it up for you. After all we can not have a pic of Adrian not being able to get onto the forum ;)

To let everyone else know also l have just upgraded the size to 50kb for signatures.

My signature is ready and I successfully uploaded it but doesn't appear in my posts...any ideas? Oh, after I posted that message I saw it, so no ideas necessary. Thanks!
