Improving Adrian's IMDB rating

Carmel and I where checking out IMDB and noticed Adrian's rating is at 2663. We can all help to improve this by just visiting the site once a week and going into Adrian's page.

One of the things that fans can do to really help an actor's 'rating' is to
visit their favourite actor's IMDB entry regularly. For example, every time
a search for Adrian Paul is done, it registers and helps drive his rating
up. It mightn't seem important but it really can be if a decision between
two different actors is to be made. Obviously they will want the one who
has better pulling power with an audience.

So - on a very regular basis go to:

and do a search for Adrian Paul (make sure that you pick the correct

Hmmm...:rolleyes: Not Bad. But I think we can do better. ;) The release of SEANCE on dvd certainly hasn't hurt. All the copies keep flying off the shelves here. It really is a stellar performance by Adrian. For the first time ever I found myself not wanting to be in the same room with him.:eek:

I know this has nothing to do with Adrian's rating but I saw the link to the Indylander 2008. This was the first I've heard of it. God I would love to go it but its just soooooo freaking expensive. I wish there was a way to go to a convention that didn't cost an arm and a leg. For once there's a convention close enough that its just a hop, skip and a jump away and there is no way that I can afford to go. I'm just totally bummed out now. But I really and truly hope that everyone that does get to go has the time of their life! :D

That's interesting Ambereliz! I just watched about the last half of Titanic on TV last night and was thinking that Adrian would have been wonderful in the role played by actor Billy Zane, the wealthy fiance of the heroine played by Kate Winslet. He was not a nice man mind you, but I think Adrian would have fit the role very nicely. There were several others he could have fit as well. Wonder what role he was considered for? Funny he has never mentioned it, but then, I guess he doesn't tell us every role he goes out for. :)
I am editing my post because I just checked Adrian's IMDB page and saw where it says that Adrian was considered for exactly the role that I mentioned above, that of Caledon Hockley, the wealthy fiance played by Billy Zane! :) It's a shame they didn't give Adrian the role instead of Billy Zane, although Zane gave a very good performance. Adrian worked with Billy Zane in *Susan's Plan*.

That may be so, I checked right now and it says down 1% from last week. I guess that's an improvement. Also I keep the page open for a while in case IMDb has the site timed. ;)

As for Adrian's STARmeter percentage it changes once a week and depending on when you click the day it changes it will be a different %.

Oh, exasperation! I can't seem to find the Star Meters for either AP or Cruise.

When you go to IMDb and find Adrian his STARmeter is on the left hand side right under Trivia. I didn't go search for Cruise as I couldn't care less what his STARmeter is :D
I keep searching for Adrian since Carmel and Victoria mentioned here that it is good for his chances for being offered a role in a movie if his STARmeter goes up.:)

Not a joke just a problem with expressing myself properly. When you go to look on the left hand of Adrian's IMDb page it starts with Date of birth, next down is Contact, next down Mini Biography, next down Trivia and next STARmeter. I can't believe that you are really having problems finding it.:confused:

As it was up over 250% the week before this one it is easy to see where it would go down if just a few people stopped searching as diligently as the week before :(

That is why we can never relax and since some of us will be away for a week I hope the people left here can do even more :)

Well, nobody will believe me, that I've first heard of Adrian just about 3 month ago, when "Tracker" was aired in Germany on tv5. And at thist time I was watching "Pretender" with Michael T. Weiss. I hate series, because once you watch, you stuck on it and become addict. But I liked this Pretender-Jarod-Guy and when that ended, it came to Tracker! Who was that da..ed gorgeous looking guy on tv?? Yes, and than I digged deeper and so I found Highlander ... Now I own all the 6 seasons, downloaded "Tracker" from YouTube and am absolutly devoted to "our" guy=). Adrians rating must be raising, because of not knowing so much about hin and his films, I'm clicking in ahundred times a day!
So, let's stick together an in will go through the ceiling=)

thanks for the warm welcom, I think, I'm gonna feel really fine at this forum - with all you really lovely people!

I'm sitting here, listening to Jim Byrnes/"Joe Dawson" right now "That River" is a really great song, re-discovert my old passion for Blues!

When I "met" Adrian/Highlander/Tracker, dived instantly into the internet, 'cause if I'm doing something, I'm always very solid:rolleyes: and so I landed here THANK GOD*gg*

Alexandra, you asked me, what my favorit episodes of Highlander and tracker are: Well, I'll think about it, it's hard to dicide as all of us know, "our BELOVED" is brilliant in every even tiniest bit of film/pic or whatever:) But first came in my mind the "Duende" with brilliant Adrian dancing Flamenco and then "dancing" rapier and dagger, it had its own beauty, although it's a bit scearing, isn't it: saying that killing has kind of beauty.
I loved the episode for the reason, that I had learned Flamenco in my younger years. And above all: it was so romantic *Big sighhhh*

At Tracker, well there are some very precious moments, that shattered my poor little "tennage-heart" , certainly the :rolleyes::p TRUST-ending with his very special scene, but for example the one in Cloud nine, when he pulls Mel tight and his face (his mouth mhmmm) is so near, that they almost touch! I did'nt know, that the temperature in my living room could rise in unexpected hights so instantly=) LOL

It's a weird thing, isn't it???
how can Adrian's Starmeter go down so instantly? While we are clicking all the time (me, because there are still so many questions to answer about his work)

I guess depending on how many people search for a particular Star will determine how fast her/his Starmeter can move. Sadly, Adrian is not anywhere as popular as he should be if he were judged by either his acting talent or his looks so if there are lets say a dozen of us searching every day even one less makes a noticeable difference :-(

I think I remember that somewhere on there is tells that if they can recognize a "certain group" of clickers, their clicks are only counted as one???
Im sure Im not explaining it correctly but that is the jist of the explanation of procedure.
So, I think sometimes they lump us all together then when someone new gets on it raises his score????:o

I think we are all doing a wonderful job! I really dont understand how that works, except perhaps the site has concluded that we are the same folks clicking repeatedly and has "grouped" our clicks????

Maybe it would help to not click the same titles or remain on for the same amount of time each time we go??? Or access from our individual internet sites instead of from the forum??
