Someone has asked me if I know what the song is called played after the intro (Princes of the Universe) in the Episode "Nowhere to hide" I think it is Joan Jett but I've got no idea what the song is called. Does anyone else know?
Here is a link to the epi

The song "Cherry Bomb" was used in epi Free Fall - so it wasn't that one

Someone else said they didn't think it was Joan Jett and I was only taking a guess LOL. Any other ideas who it could be?

You know, I thought I'd be able to find the name of it by searching online, but I can't find it anywhere, nor is it mentioned in the credits of the episode...hmmm...

Thanks for trying anyway - its annoying isn't LOL
It does seem to be The Hunter composed by J.C. Phillips. It does not tell who performed it.
Roger Bellon's website is fantastic for detailed information about all of the music used for each episode during seasons 1-5. During season six, they reused a lot of his music according to what they had on file. He did not compose for each episode that season.
Here is the link for the Nowhere to Run episode.

I hope this helps.

You are welcome.
I enjoy checking the music for the episodes. That is how I knew about the link. I don't think Roger Bellon has gained the recognition he deserves for his work on Highlander.
One of the things that I enjoy about Highlander so much is the music. It was always varied and really an essential part of the story.
When I watch other series lately, I have noticed that they seem to have only a select few pieces of music that are used each episode: over, and over, and over!!! You know what is going to happen even before it happens because of the music playing and it becomes very boring. Highlander was never boring due to the music.
I think we as Highlander fans have been really spoiled with the great music that was used. It just goes to show what a great legacy and what lengths the producers went to in order to make the series special.
I just wish it were really recognized how innovative and creative the Highlander team truly was.

I completely agree with you EROM. Thanks for the link :) Now I can look up other episodes I've wondered about.
