Following the Introduction of the Freedom of Observation Act, the vast array of separate private and public surveillance cameras throughout America are united to form the Optical Defense Intelligence Network - ODIN and the Department of Homeland Security introduces the latest weapon in the war on terror.... Gunner (played by Adrian Paul), an agent for the Department, uncovers a plot to assassinate
the President. But his investigation is plagued
by brutal murders and untimely accidents.
Beginning his investigation of the Eyeborg's
powerful surveillance system, he comes to
believe that he is under the control of an
unknown enemy. He soon realizes the truth:
that ODIN is running everything and he now
must save both himself and the President
from a system that can follow and kill you
anywhere.
